Sales Coordinator (Female – Arabic ) – Client of Dulsco in Dubai
– Supports the corporate sales team, focusing mostly on managing schedules, fixing appointments with decision makers and key corporate contacts. – Prospecting via telephone calls to develop new business, initiate new business opportunities, setting appointments with decision makers across verticals to present company products to ensure the revenue objectives of the corporate gifting department is achieved. – Maintains a good relationship with existing customers and prospects for new customers on a regular basis. – Preparation and follow up on sales quotations made for clients, negotiating terms with the client and coordinating with the logistics team for timely deliveries. – Ability to efficiently respond to any online or telephone queries in a calm and friendly manner. – Liaise internally with other departments for stock transfers, invoicing and costing of products to provide efficient service suitable to the client’s needs and time restraints. – To work closely with the sales team to assess the progress of the department, preparation of MIS reports, brand presentations and develop sales strategy accordingly. – Produce market research reports on forthcoming events, seminars by Industry to initiate new business opportunities outline strategies to improve. – Regularly updates sales call reports by region, maintain and update database of B2B customers for follow up and prospecting opportunity.
2 years’ experience in the area of a sales coordinator role, 2 years’ experience in telecommunication sales and high level of administration ability to effectively manage paperwork with a complete customer service background.
