Sales Director of Major Programs
Dubai – Identify, develop and lead the client engagement process associated with long-term business performance based program development. Performance Programs are focused on turning brownfield project opportunities into long term, value-based programs delivering integrated solutions across all Lines of Business as well as complementary offerings from UOP and ACS that enable company to achieve its strategic growth objectives. The selected individuals will lead the client engagement and closely interface with the Sales leadership and all LOB’s in the definition, development and establishment of client aligned Performance Programs. Travel across the geographies served forms part of the role. Lead and be part of the dedicated sales pursuit teams on targeted accounts, integrating with the local sales teams. Work with LOB leadership to identify resources that can manage and deliver operationally once the new program is confirmed.
