Sales Executive!Abudhabi(Female – Arabic speaker) – Vasco World Wide in Abu Dhabi
Primary Responsibility: Manage day-to-day activities of VAS business as defined in the function below: * Greet customers and ascertain what each customer wants or needs. * Open and close cash registers, performing tasks such as counting money, coupons, and vouchers, balancing cash drawers, and making deposits. * The person will have no direct reports or team management responsibilities * Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices. * Compute sales prices, total purchases and receive and process cash or credit payment. * Maintain records related to sales on POS. Email sales reports and submit cash at the end of the day to the Supervisor. * Watch for and recognize security risks and thefts, and know how to prevent or handle these situations; and also inform the Supervisor of such risks. * Recommend, select, and help locate or obtain products based on customer needs and desires. * Answer questions regarding the store and its products * Describe about the product and explain use, operation, and care of the product to customers. * Arrange and display products to promote sales. * Prepare sales slips or sales contracts. (as applicable) * Keep shelves, counters, and table’s organized and presentable at all times. * Maintain stock Inventory and requisition of new stocks every day. * Prepare product for purchase. Essential Functions: * Billing the transaction * Cash tally each day by end of the day. Submit the reports and cash to the Supervisor. * Complete the current status & profile filled in by direct sales consultant (CEE) and provide information on those basis. * Up selling with complementary products * Coordinate with Back Office staff to replenish stock Metrics & Organization Management: Performance Metrics: * Cash Management Metrics * Processing Time Metrics * Customer satisfaction metrics * Attendance Metrics * Up sell Metrics OM & Reporting: * Reports to the Store Manager or directly to the Unit Manager * The person will have no direct reports or team management responsibilities Qualifications, Experience and Education Requirements: * Pre university and above with 1-2 years’ experience in sales (counter sales or direct sales) * Proficient in use of computers – MS Office specifically Mandatory Skills: * Communication Skills * Interpersonal Skills * Selling Skills * Ability to handle pressure
