Sales Manager & Sales Co-Ordinator(Preferably in Scaffolding Industry) – A reputed U.A.E’s fast growing Scaffolding company in Abu Dhabi
For Sales Manager • Should handle and look after the entire sales function & team. • Market survey & development: Should be key member in developing new territories/market. • Should be responsible for Sales target & complete sales activities • Project Sales & Marketing Responsibility Outline: Responsible for developing business, negotiating, contract signing, project kick off, and overall project co-ordination of a large spectrum of projects in accordance with the customer requirements. • To develop a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensure attainment of company sales goals and profitability. • Prepare action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects. • Initiating and coordinating development of action plans to penetrate new markets. • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed. • To provide timely feedback to senior management regarding performance. • Providing timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin. • Maintaining accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity to control expenses to meet budget guidelines. • Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team. • Recruit, tests, and hires Account Executives based on criteria agreed upon by senior management For Sales Co-ordinator • Handling day-to-day administrative activities in coordination with internal / external departments. • Ensuring that the projects are executed as per planned construction standards and customer requirements is met within a given delivery schedule. • Coordinating activities like project schedule, monthly budgeting, monitoring as per master plan, project closing, analysis of bought out materials, etc. • Anchoring on-site construction activities to ensure completion of project within the time & cost parameters and effective resource utilization to maximize the output. • Preparing and submitting subcontract quotations, reviewing shop drawing and schedule & ensuring that all activities are carried out as per the requirements of the construction specifications and quality plan. • Working in close coordination with the Procurement and Project Department for preparing final technical offers to be submitted to client before due dates.
