Looking for a secretarial / office administration person with over 5 years experience in a single company in the UAE. An enthusiastic, self motivated lady to handle emails of two executives in the company. She will be responsible for handling all incoming emails and formulating relevant responses based on discussions with the executive. General secretarial works, administration works and office management works will be part of the work profile – handling travel arrangements; producing documents, reports and presentations; organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments; maintaining the condition of the office, general housekeeping; managing junior staff (drivers, cleaner); managing routine enquiries; maintaining stationary and equipment inventory; willing to assist other company members and company representatives as and when requested; ad-hoc duties including (but not limited to) reservations, shopping, research, event organising, and information compilation.
