Urgent requirement of a Indian Female Secretary. Candidate should have experience in working with a Trading Company Reporting to Chairman Minimum 2 Years of UAE experience Nationality: Indian The following will be the key responsibility. 1. Provides administrative support to the Chairman of the Board and any other Executive in the office to ensure a continuous flow of service to internal and external customers. Arranges meetings, sends Outlook invitations, meeting follow-up, schedules rooms, equipment, refreshments, etc. Drafts correspondence, manages mailings and other administrative duties. Coordinates calendar for meetings and other professional and personal appointments. 2. Provides personal support to the Chairman of the Board and his family including travel arrangements and shopping for gifts. 3. Plans and coordinates special and social events as requested by the Chairman of the Board. 4. having good experience and command of taking dictations while preparing letters/emails. Candidate should be with pleasing personality, able to join immediately. Attractive Salary + Visa + Medical (Between AED5,000 to AED15,000 depending on experience).
