Senior Performance Management Analyst (URGENT) – Client of Five Continents in Abu Dhabi
PURPOSE: Develop and implement COMPANYâ€™s Corporate Performance Management framework to support the Company in achieving its strategic objectives and KPI targets. Consolidate the corporate performance report to provide management and shareholders with the status of progress to ensure continuous performance development and long term sustainability. Consolidate timely and accurate business information reports to enable COMPANY management to manage the business effectively. Performance Management – Undertake a thorough data review process in order to ensure a compliant level of integrity, accuracy and validity of the operational data received from end-users. – Conduct in-depth gap analysis and provide thoughtful interpretation of corporate data and business information based on the reportable KPIs, and then communicate the final results to COMPANY Management and Shareholders. Maintain the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) system for the overall company, major operation groups and the individual business units through the monitoring of data inputs and generating the periodic performance reviews and following up on the BSC initiated actions plans. – Take custody of the corporate targets setting process through the introduction of new KPIâ€™s and evaluating the existing KPI targets based on the business priorities, strategic objectives, current operation scenarios and benchmarking with current and historical trends. – Prepare the necessary documents and materials for COMPANY Shareholdersâ€™ meetings, namely the PMC, BAC and Board Meetings. – Design and produce high-impact strategic presentations on the Performance Management Contract (PMC) designated to the Senior Management and Shareholders. – Design and produce comprehensive presentation slides on the business key highlights for the Company CEO intended for the BAC and Board meetings. – Take custody of the Corporate Performance Management Audit (CPMA) in line with the corporate governance and senior management directives. This includes, but is not limited, to the development of CPMA procedures and rollout plan Track the deployment and alignment of Performance Management activities throughout the Company – Oversee and implement the quality improvement initiatives for the department / division and the operations group at large. – Keep abreast with the international best practices, management systems and information systems in order to recommend improvements in the COMPANY Performance Management System. Corporate Reporting – Design and maintain the data structure, validate and consolidate the business wide operational and corporate data for the preparation, publication and dissemination of the monthly corporate activities report to the company shareholders, senior management and COMPANY employees at large. – Consolidate and validate the corporate data input from end users and develop the root cause analysis and business recommendations for the preparations and publication of the Performance Management Contract (PMC) report. – Prepare the monthly Key Performance Highlights, which provide a detailed analytical account on the underlying contributors of the Performance Management Contract (PMC) score, and also underline the main business takeaways and high-level recommendations. – Prepare the summary of the Shareholders Technical Sub Committee (TSC) document as a key subset of the Board Advisory Committee (BAC) report. – Prepare the summary of the Shareholders Financial Sub Committee (FINCO) document as a subset of the BAC report. – Consolidate and validate the data inputs, edit-proof the text information received from the focal user department(s) and develop the executive summary for the BAC report. – Provide the required data for the preparation of COMPANY external publications, namely COMPANY Citizenship report, HSE Sustainability Letter and COMPANY Sheikh Khalifa Energy Award (SKEA) reports and documents. – Collect, validate and consolidate specific data for the prepara
