Senior Software Account Manager

SETS is looking for a motivated Senior Account Manager to develop, grow and maintain the market of its HR Management Software product into an assigned geographical territory. The ideal candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the sales process from identifying new prospects, validating their needs, performing sales presentations to prospects, negotiating contacts, and closing new business deals. He will work closely with the pre-sales team and perform assessments to determine customer requirements. QUALIFICATIONS: BA in IT, computer science, Business, HR, Marketing, or other equivalent field is required. MBA is a plus. 6+ years successful track record of Enterprise Software Sales. Experience in selling HRMS and/or ERP are a plus. Familiar with CRM Excellent presentation and communications skills.
