SITE TRANSPORT COORDINATOR (INDIAN NATIONALS ONLY )ABU DHABI,DUBAI – Confidential company
JOB PURPOSE:To manage and coordinate the drivers as per the designated contracts’ schedule and ensure quality service is being maintained at all time with a minimum cost. KEY ACCOUNT ABILITIES: To be the point of contact between customers and the Company and to deal with customers and staff in a professional manner at all times. Properly address customer complaints & inquiries through research and to forward to management for further action. To complete and implement service related reports such as Staff Action, Appreciation and Vehicle Status Reports. To monitors driver’s grooming, punctuality and attendance on daily basis. Monitor drivers’ overtime, preapproved timesheets, driver’s flow movement and fuel consumption and report to management in timely manner. Consult with Supervisors/Operations Manager to identify problems, develop improvements, create and maintain quality standards in line with Company values. Monitor vehicles’ condition and provide status report to management. To ensure that work schedule is being followed and implementing the necessary procedures to ensure maximum utilisation of resources. To provide driver and vehicle details to operations & Fleet administrators for updating systems. To enforce standard operating procedures and policies as implemented by management. Enforce quality standards such as grooming, uniforms, vehicle conditions and addressing tardiness. To prepare incidence reports regarding traffic violations and accidents at the site. To schedule the annual leaves of the drivers and ensuring the smooth functioning of the site operations at all the times. To collect passenger feedback.Daily checking of buses, interior and exterior as per QHSE requirements.To take necessary measures to reduce idling and overall alerts.Reducing fuel usage by having a proper record of fuel consumption.To deliver daily toolbox talks to the drivers.To attend QHSE trainings, understand the subjects and obtain acceptable scoresApply for this job.
