Storekeeper (Male – Al Ain)
●Check the accuracy of the Delivery Note per item coming from suppliers.
●Assigning stock control number from each item to assure that it was already recorded.
●Input the delivery note on the inventory system then forward to the accounts department for payment.
●Assure that the inventory is on the First in First out System at all times.
● Check the availability of all the stocks and monitor the balance report from the system.
●File all documents considering each delivery for each supplier.
●Perform other duties with regards to inventory.
●Recording all the goods received item per item.
●Record all the goods taken from the store to assured that the inventory is well monitored.
●Prepare summary report per month to be forwarded to the accounts office and purchasing department from which includes the delivery received and delivery sent.
●Coordinates the accounts department for all the fixed assets taken and other assets for disposal.
●Perform other duties with regards to inventory at all times.
