System Administrator – Potential Recruitment
o May lead a team of programmers in the development of information systems.
o Review the system goals and objectives and prepare detailed flow charts for a system or part of a system, showing inter-relation between various system elements.
o Assist in the development of the system model, including designing input formats, file design and process control measures needed.
o Guide the programming activity and personally codes the most critical parts of the system.
o Participate in the documentation of all programming works and modifications to the system. Prepare user guide and procedures manual for operation.
o Develop the overall enterprise CRM Architecture for the projects built on Microsoft Dynamics CRM
o Create the Solution Architecture that includes the initial business, systems, application, and data architectures for the new features and capabilities using an architecture framework
o Leverage and reuse the CRM architecture framework and platform information in the development of the solution. Design CRM software components and code patterns which foster reusability and enterprise capabilities.
o Support efforts to integrate MS Dynamics CRM with other systems and applications, to include troubleshooting existing web service integrations.
o Responsible for development of CRM solutions and integrations with various systems and applications.
o Understand requirements, conduct requirements elaboration workshops with customer and create a design to be implemented by development teams.
o Manage IT systems administration projects based on business requirements.
o Ensures that the company trading systems are running according to trading days schedule.
o Carry out back-ups and ensures back-up tapes are safely stored in accordance with the company policies and procedures.
o Ensure that disaster recovery back-ups are kept in a secure environment away from the corporate office.
o Perform system health checks on all systems in their custody.
o Conduct fail-over test of critical trading systems and review system’s performance readings.
o Monitor the trading system constantly during the trading period in order to rectify any system or application failures to broker terminals or other malfunctions and reports problems in line with the company procedures to the Technical Support function for follow-up.
o Produce systems related reports and statistics in an accurate and timely manner as requested by line manager.
o Follow operating procedures for the company systems as detailed in the software suppliers manuals, such ITIL procedures.
o Apply upgrades and system fixes as required by the business following IT policies and procedures.
