Technical Support Engineer

We are seeking Help Desk Support staff to join our team. In this role you will be reporting directly to Manager, Support Services and will be responsible for the daily and ongoing maintenance of help desk support requests. Support staff will use the client facing issue ticketing system to monitor and reply to customer facing issues and help raise critical issues to appropriate departments within ScribbleLive.

• Respond to incoming support requests through email and phone as needed.
• Provide emergency support off hours as required by schedule.
• Follow best practice guidelines in answering tickets and responding to customer requests.
• Work towards fast resolution of customer facing issues while showing attentiveness and care to the customer.
• Ensure proper documentation is employed within tickets at all times.
• Work with the Customer Success team to build transparency into client support issues that help improve client relationships.
