We have an immediate need for a goal-oriented and energetic Telesales Executive.
Research and Lead Generation
Answering inbound calls and addressing clients’ needs and requirements
Initiating contact with qualified accounts through outbound cold calls, emails, etc. to raise awareness about the platform and set up meetings for the Business Development team, eventually closing sales
Working cross-functionally with Business Development – turning “customer needs” to actionable business development proposals.
Maintaining exceptional relationships with current clients and post sales follow up, ensuring timely subscription renewals
Utilizing the CRM system and registering all activities to keep track of all accounts and opportunities
Providing regular weekly reports to the Head of Business Development of all action in previous week to ensure that goals and objectives are met and accounts are being handled in a manner which will ensure customer satisfaction
Minimum 1+ years of experience as a Telesales / Telemarketing Executive preferably in a Technology/Software company but not necessary
Excellent communication skills – Fluent in English is mandatory / Arabic is preferable
Energetic with a positive can do attitude
Capable of reaching and conversing with senior executives
Demonstrated collaborative skills with ability to influence and work cross-functionally
Bachelor’s degree is required
Experience in using CRM systems is highly desirable
