Territory Sales Manager – DORMA Gulf Door Controls FZE in Dubai
Job Responsibilities Responsible to generate sales in the assigned territory of the respective channel and be accountable for the overall performance of the assigned territory. Plan and implement comprehensive sales plan for the assigned territory that would contribute towards revenue and profit achievements. Responsible to establish and build sustainable relationships with DORM A customers and partners. Ensure effective utilization of CRM tool. Responsible to work in close coordination with marketing team with regards to promotion, product launches, etc. Provide market and competitor information to Channel Sales Manager, Country Sales Manager & Marketing team Conduct business in line with applicable laws and regulations, as well as with global and local policies & procedures and the company’s code of conduct. Responsible to generate opportunities for cross divisional sales. Job Requirements Graduate/Diploma in Engineering. 3 yrs of project sales experience in architectural hardware/ironmongery/construction/elevator industry. Result orientation and entrepreneurial spirit. Excellent English speaking skills Contacts with architects/consultants in the UAE market would be and advantage.
