Trade Marketing Executive-Lubricant/FMCG industry
Our client world leaders in the lubricant industry are looking to bring on board a Trade Marketing professional to join their in team in Dubai. The key responsibility is to grow the Market Share and volume of the business through implementing segmented Customer Value Propositions that meets the needs of profitable B2B and B2C segments and that maximize customer loyalty (retention and acquisition).This role is responsible for developing and implementing marketing and sales engagement activities in the Middle East to achieve the Volume and profitability targets.
You would need to develop the country marketing plan in line with the MEA regional marketing strategy and business goals, set marketing objectives and priorities in line with the overall business plans for the Middle East markets, drive the implementation of Trade, Consumer promotions and BTL activations within country, ensure accelerated growth of retail distribution in markets with focus on achieving coverage, productivity and throughput targets, lead the marketing activation agencies to deploy as per brief to high quality implementation, help identify and deliver growth opportunities within priority sectors, seeking ways to increase market share and profitability.
