Valuations and Research Assistant - Part Timer
Dubai – Providing support services to a Valuations Supervisor / Team Fulfilling projects / task as assigned. Interacting and communicating within the department to complete the tasks. Regular debriefs to their supervisor. Liaising directly with the clients for required information, data, and any other relevant documents. Coordinates and arranges inspection appointments of the property. Prepares proposal as per the client instruction of valuation or research. Preparing Invoice Request/Debit Memo attaching all the necessary documents to be submitted to Finance. Perform clerical task, i.e. sorting, filing, printing documents. Other Company related duties that may be assigned by the head of department/Manager that are consistent with the department and Company mandate.
