This position is also known as Financial Consultants / Financial Advisors / Insurance Sales Professionals. The basic function involved is sale of Investments, Savings and Insurance products and acquisition of new clients. What is your role: As an extended distribution arm of the company, you will be advising and selling to Individuals Plans for Pension, University Education, Life and Non-Life Insurance, Medical Insurance, Savings and Investment as well as to Corporates, Plans for Employee Benefits and General Insurance. Your functions: Your functions will be to net-work, identify prospective clients, approach them, give introductory and product presentations to them, build relationships, ask the right questions, adopt a consultative approach to the sales process, design appropriate solutions for the client, close the sales, do required paperwork and provide life-long service to the clients. What is provided: You will be provided with market intelligence, technical know-how and techniques for building your career in this field. Our state of the art training is one of the highest professional standards. We shall equip you with Office Infrastructure, Secretarial Support and Working Capital. In case you require, a mentor will offer free coaching support while you are on field. Employment Visa is provided. Freedom of operations: We believe in Management By Objective. Although the career involves working 8 to 10 hours a day, you have complete freedom to choose your days, hours and place of work. To ensure that your activity is in alignment with your own as well as the company’s goals, you will have regular one-to-one meetings with your Line Manager. The career gives you flexibility to operate in any emirate. However, your reporting office will be at Abu Dhabi from where your administrative and training support is provided. Earnings Potential: As a self-employed person, you will be writing your own pay-checks. Your earnings grow in direct proportion to the results that you produce. There is no minimum or maximum limit on your income. Average income of advisors in our organization is more than AED 18,000 (approx. USD 5000) per month. PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS CAREER OFFERS NO FIXED SALARY. In the initial period, however, a fixed monthly advance can be paid as a part of Career Financing Agreement to take care of your expenses while you stabilize in your career.
The candidate must have a record of high achievements in life and career. Experience in Sale of Financial Services / Banking Products / Insurance is preferred. Experience in Sales as brilliant performer is essential. Skilled at: Relationship Building, Networking, Communication, Presentation, Asking Questions, Listening, Problem-solving.
